SELECTING THE SERVER TO UPGRADE

This screen lists all the servers in your current (old) Adaptive
Server location for which there is an entry in the interfaces file.

To select the server to be upgraded:

1. Click the name of the server.
2. Click OK.

If the server you select is not currently running, the upgrade process
prompts you to start the server.

If the server you select does not have a runserver file
(whose name is in the format "RUN_servername") in the /install
subdirectory of the current (old) server installation directory, an
error message is displayed.

You must create a runserver file before continuing with the upgrade.
To create the runserver file, copy the runserver file for another server;
then using a text editor, edit the file as appropriate.
Sqlupgrade uses the runserver file to start the current (old) server.

NOTE: If the server you select does not have a runserver file, it may be
because the server has already been upgraded and the runserver file deleted.
You cannot upgrade a server twice.
